Serve with baguettes or on bread.
Ingredients:
2 tubs (2 x 170g) of Engelsviken Crayfish Tails, drained
250 gram mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Sour cream (18% fat)
½ cucumber, finely diced
2 apples finely diced
fresh dill, chopped
salt, white pepper, curry powder
Method:
Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, white pepper and curry powder, and then add the cucumber, apples and dill. Toss in the crayfish tails last.
Hint:
Garnish with crayfish tails and dill.
Goes well with Engelsviken shrimps.
