Crayfish tail salad (6 - 8 servings)

Serve with baguettes or on bread.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tubs (2 x 170g) of Engelsviken Crayfish Tails, drained

  • 250 gram mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons Sour cream (18% fat)

  • ½ cucumber, finely diced

  • 2 apples finely diced

  • fresh dill, chopped

  • salt, white pepper, curry powder

Method:

  • Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, white pepper and curry powder, and then add the cucumber, apples and dill. Toss in the crayfish tails last.

Hint:

  • Garnish with crayfish tails and dill.

  • Goes well with Engelsviken shrimps.
